1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, sending an enquiry, placing a DSC order or engaging us for a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit your information.
2. Our services
USAA Tax Consultant provides assistance with tax, accounting, bookkeeping, registrations, licences, payroll, GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, DSC and related business-compliance work. The exact scope, documents, fee, estimated time and deliverables may differ for each assignment and will be confirmed separately.
Any assignment requiring statutory audit, certification, signature, stamp or UDIN is completed under the review and professional responsibility of a practising Chartered Accountant. The signing professional independently determines whether the work and supporting evidence meet the applicable professional and legal requirements.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, genuine, accurate and readable information and documents.
- Inform us promptly about corrections, notices, due dates or changes in circumstances.
- Review drafts, computations, returns, forms and declarations before approving submission.
- Keep your mobile number and email accessible for OTPs, verification and official communication.
- Pay professional fees, government fees, taxes and third-party charges by the agreed time.
You remain responsible for the truth and completeness of information supplied by you and for decisions made on the basis of our assistance.
4. Deadlines, processing and outcomes
Processing times are estimates and may depend on timely documents, portal availability, government departments, banks, certifying authorities, couriers and other third parties. We do not guarantee approval, registration, refund, licence issuance, tax outcome, portal uptime or completion by a particular date where the matter is controlled by another authority or provider.
5. DSC orders
DSC eligibility, signing or encryption capability and portal compatibility depend on the selected product, applicant type and certifying-authority rules. You must confirm the intended portal and use before ordering. Issuance is subject to document review, video verification and application approval.
Displayed DSC prices include GST where stated. Courier charges and delivery estimates apply only when a physical token is ordered and remain subject to serviceability. Payment is requested after successful video verification and application approval. Token appearance or brand may vary according to available approved stock without reducing the ordered functionality.
6. Fees, payment, cancellation and refunds
Professional fees may be separate from government fees, late fees, penalties, stamp duty, certification charges, courier fees and portal or vendor charges. Work may begin after you confirm the assignment and provide the required information.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and the reason for cancellation. Amounts already paid to government authorities, certifying authorities, couriers or other third parties are generally non-refundable. Professional fees for work already performed, applications already prepared or submitted, and DSC verification or issuance already processed are also generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
7. Website content and case-law articles
Articles, guides, calculators, service descriptions and other website content are for general educational information. They are not a substitute for advice based on your complete facts and current law. Case-law summaries may omit procedural or factual detail; users should consult the full judicial order and obtain appropriate advice before acting.

We may moderate, refuse or remove comments without notice. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted areas or misuse forms and contact channels.
